Taking a break from home ownership and leasing temporarily was scary because we heard horror stories about people who leased homes that were beautiful on the outside, in bad shape after moving in, and owners who never fixed any of the problems. I must say that it wasn't the case here. Neema responded to all of my calls and questions promptly. There were very few issues with the home but whenever a work order was put in, the team sent someone out immediately. After every issue, the property manager (Jennifer) called and or emailed to verify the job was complete and that we were satisfied. I fully endorse Neema Property Management and the professionalism displayed by its team."
